Dropped my car off and the speed of service was extremely slow. I waited in my vehicle for assistance like their sign said. It took 25-30 min just to be acknowledged by anyone. When I finally was helped I slow. I waited in my vehicle for assistance like their sign said. It took 25-30 min just to be acknowledged by anyone. When I finally was helped I had to let the service writer know why there was a recall on my vehicle (you would think they would know since it’s a Chevy). Picking up the car was pleasant and as I waited I went and looked at a new vehicle. Immediately I had to ask 3 people for help. The sales person scoffed that I wanted to see the inside of a car. I went immediately to another Chevy dealer nearby and bought another Bolt. I won’t be back to Mark Christopher again and I would recommend anyone else do the same. Such horrid service!!!!! More

Very nice facility, clean and we were able to socially distance from other buyers. The salesman was nice, but I would have preferred if he tried harder to stay socially distant. My sales rep, Nick, was wonderful! He explained everything to me in great detail and was able to point out key features of the car. He even offered me a terrific idea on how I could afford the ext everything to me in great detail and was able to point out key features of the car. He even offered me a terrific idea on how I could afford the extended warranty! I know he didn't make a lot of commission on this car (a MINT 2008 CTS) but he worked just as hard as if he had sold me an Escalade! I was very impressed! More
