I had asked them to listen for a whistling noise that they could not "verify" but I heard as soon as I got on the freeway. The staff was polite, no issues there. When we left dealership with our car end of Dec 2020, the engine light came on immediately after we were having the oil and the filter changed, and something like dealership with our car end of Dec 2020, the engine light came on immediately after we were having the oil and the filter changed, and something like a "lower weld arm recall" repair, or similar so I'm a little bit concerned about that. If that's looked at and rectified, I would be willing to give a higher rating. I called about a week ago and spoke to either attack or a supervisor, and they made a note that they had spoken with me, and they said that they would give us a free something like an engine analysis. The person on the phone in the service department said that maybe when they were fixing the recall issue on the car, that they might have bumped or loosened or removed wire. So I will bring the car in so they can look at it. It is a 2018 GMC Trax, we only have maybe 22 thousand miles or something like that on motor. Below, the survey asks me to read Service Personnel, but since I'm not sure of the names I will give them 3-star because I don't know who I worked with. When I went in, they said they were short-staffed, maybe because people were sick or similar. More

Came in to Look at Sierra AT4, test drove one. Really like it. Sales person Brian gave us breakdown on the payment. We told him we will come back tomorrow to get it. We need to discuss and since I needed like it. Sales person Brian gave us breakdown on the payment. We told him we will come back tomorrow to get it. We need to discuss and since I needed to go feed the baby who was home didn't want to rush through transaction because they were closing already Next day husband called Brian told him that he is coming and Brian said that other sales person Cesar will help him out. Cesar called my husband and told him that he had all the info and he is waiting for him. My husband went to get it but Cesar then said that Brian messed up with pricing and the print out he gave us with breakdowns isn't right and to get the car we need to add another 8k down. What kind of business is that??? This was unethical and so deceiving. I can't believe they lie and mislead clients like this. Horrible dealer to do business with. Stay away ! Wasted our time two days in a row. More
