Ed Napleton uses DECEPTION when doing business. No Response from Ed Napleton Group. Also BBB..29 thousand put on contract for replacement vehicle. Lost everything from Bronco, trade in, 13 thousand cash down, and 6 months of payments $815. New contract has the additional 29 thousand left for Me to pay on JUNK DEFECTIVE BRONCO. I have fought about this since day of New contract and they know this practice is wrong except they get away with Screwing the Customers.Wrote letters to hear nothing. Locked out of my Ford account due to Dealership making false information changes to contract.,except when working with technical support, they got into my account except it was someone else’s account. Fraud is handling that situation except I still can’t get to my account. After 10 1/2 hours I either had to sign Deceptive documents or walk away losing Everything and a car. More

Wish I could leave a 0. Sales: Nick Ristich 1)Lied about my warranty, 1 year/12,000 miles not 5 year/100,000 as he told me. 2)$40 a day rental, not free as he told me. 3 Sales: Nick Ristich 1)Lied about my warranty, 1 year/12,000 miles not 5 year/100,000 as he told me. 2)$40 a day rental, not free as he told me. 3)$100 deductible, not 0 as he told me. 4) Lied about getting free oil changes as long as I own the vehicle, there are none. 5) Protection plan that he sold me for $1500 does not cover scratches, he told me it did. 6)Promised me all weather floor mats. I've had the car 3 months and had to go there in person and talk to General Sales Manager Don Boros for them to be ordered (he never returned my voucemail). Finance: Andrew Munson 1) Didn't give me copies of financial paperwork. 2) Didn't give me a copy of my warranty. Service: Bill Parks 1) Very rude to customers 2) Does not call you about your vehicle, you have to call him. My car was there for 2 months waiting on a transmission. He told me: "What was I supposed to do? Call you everyday and tell you the transmission was not in?" They lie, cheat and steal from you! That should be their slogan! More
