Bought an Admittedly older car - before purchase found problem with shaking over 70mph. Dealership handled it, and then used it as an excuse to charge more for the car than what I had previously discussed problem with shaking over 70mph. Dealership handled it, and then used it as an excuse to charge more for the car than what I had previously discussed with the salesman, whatever. After purchase, car died twice while driving in the first four days of owning it - clearly had some problems. Odaniel Ford agreed to pay to get it “checked out”, but out at Odaniel Mazda. Car died again - going 75mph on I69 on the way there - had to be towed the rest of the way. Odaniel Mazda found over 1000$ of repairs needed (I had put less than 50 miles on the car). After a good deal of complaining - ODaniel Ford talked the price down from Mazda by 300$. Fine. Doesn’t change the fact that I have 700$ to put into this car and it’s been out for repairs longer than it’s been in my garage - and I bought it two weeks ago now. I have some serious doubts about “inspections” of cars at this lot. The manager told me that “driving the car” isn’t a part of their inspection process. Interesting. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from them. I expected a great deal more from their vaunted “#1 dealership in Indiana” claim - in reality they’re just another car dealership that wants your money, but not your future business. More

Mike is definitely my go to guy when looking for a vehicle. I inquired about a jeep from their other dealership across town and Mike had it brought over and ready for a test drive the next day. Mark Everson was my finance manager and he too was very friendly and informative and talked to me about my options and did not pressure me or try to scam me on any service add ons.
