Hi, my name is Nick Rusk. I was born in Royal Center, Indiana and have lived in the Fort Wayne area for about 18 Years. I attended Pioneer High School and IPFW. I have been employed at O’Daniel for about 15 years. In my free time I like to relax with my lovely wife Jen and our 2 children. I love playing golf, watching basketball, and football. I pride myself on being a good person and being good at what I do.

Every step of the way was met with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. I had many questions about the vehicle that I was looking to purchase (and which I DID in fact purchase), a few of which requi courtesy, and respect. They found the answers and answered my questions fully. Mike in particular was more than helpful, showed empathy, was straightforward and honest with us, and was with my wife and I every step of the way from presale to signing the papers. What most impressed me was the Teamwork. I went in for air for my MKZ, Bobby in service sent me to Randy over in Body for a little repair estimate, Randy went above & beyond & told me how I I went in for air for my MKZ, Bobby in service sent me to Randy over in Body for a little repair estimate, Randy went above & beyond & told me how I cld save money. I expressed my interest in wanting a more Grittier vehicle, & owning a '02 Jeep but it ddnt hv the luxury of my Lincoln, 1st Randy suggested that I get a 2nd opinion about my Jeep, told me that Bobby knows Jeeps! I go back to Bobby, he calls Austin, Austin calls me immediately sets up an appointment, that day! We kept in touch via txt msg (made things so easy) found my Jeep, it checked every box for what I wanted. Now to the finance department, Jonathan, the SUPERSTAR (because he saved me money & he's smooth), found me lower rates, benefits & and solid strategy for the payoff. Nick, in used cars hooked me up! This Team ROCKS! The process was painless, & stress free.
