Honest and Trustworthy Dealership I have purchased 8 cars from Honda Universe.....and still going strong! My first car was purchased with the help of John McGraw. He has since been promoted to Customs Relations Manager. My lease was due to expire soon, and I made an appointment at Honda Universe for this past Saturday. Saturday morning, I received a call from John McGraw. He called me from his home on his day off. He noticed I had an appointment and wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. John called the Sales Manager, Nick Salerno (who is also awesome) to make sure I was taken care of. Needless to say, everything went great. My previous car was from there, but I wasn't sure I'd be able to get another one and not so soon either. I didn't think I would be in a new car so soon especially a brand new car at that, I was completely shocked. My credit went down a little, but they still managed to get me the approval and work with me on a not so high payment. He is a great sales rep and insurance agent.
