The Honda Universe staff were knowledgable, professional, friendly, and very dedicated to my customer needs. The core of this experience was salesman Peter Oteis. He heard what my needs were, and worked diligently to meet them. I can't say enough about his great help and cordiality. Following my primary dealings with Pete, everybody involved has been tremendous. Folks like Kevin Brooks in finance, who was pleasant and informative in walking me through my options. Also manager Nick Salerno, who emailed me a post-sale thank you, and on a subsequent visit, personally assured me of his availability to ensure the excellent service will continue. By way of a specific example of their service, two weeks after my purchase, I went in to pick up my new license plates. Since I had just had hip surgery, I was unable to put the new plates on myself. It was Pete's day off, but a different salesman named Carlos overheard my help request to Marie, the receptionist. He quickly smiled and offered to run outside and attach them for me. That's been typical of the experience with all those I've encountered. As for the car itself, I ended up with a terrific CR-V. It fits my personality and active lifestyle perfectly. I recommend this dealership and vehicle to anyone who is interested. My advice is that if you're looking for a car, consider a Honda and buy it here. (On a side note, my wife and daughter both have recent year Honda Civics, bought at different locations and states - they both love their cars as well.) More
