I was called about a payment forgiveness on my 2014 Versa Note which I was leasing. My original plan was to purchase that vehicle at the end of the lease. But Tara explained that the bumper to bumper warrantee would run out at the end of the lease and I'd have to start paying for maintenance etc., which made me rethink my options. She was in no way pushy but brought thinks to my attention I had not even considered. Needless to say I ended up leasing a 2016 Nissan Sentra, making this my 4 Nissan since 1982, all but 1 of which were bought here in CT. I have owned a 1982 Datsun/Nissan 200SX Power everything bought in Dec 1982, which was traded in for a 1991 Nissan Stanza in October of 1991 in Florida. I then leased the 2014 Versa Note in Mar 2014 and now am leasing the 2016 Nissan Sentra. More

Salesman knew the product very well, answered all my questions, Explained the process of future service, & warr coverages, went over the extensive bells and whistles on my Sierra.. Awesome, Awesome !!!! Nick & Chris in finance made it simple, and clear cut.. No tricky add ins, explained everything & my options of extended warr., gap ins., disability ins, paint protection, etc with absolutely NO pressure.. Nice clean dealership, impressive facility , and a Great selection of trucks so I could feel it, touch it, drive it.. And think over what I wanted, and needed with no rush... Tara was great, she took me on a long test drive, answered all my questions and then she drove it to my mechanic before purchase at my request since I wasn't local, brought paperwork to my house and had the car delivered to me after with no additional cost. She lives a few towns from me but offered to take the car in for the included 2 yr. maintenance appt's. if I want. Purchase/trade-in price could have been better even after 1 adjustment was made. That's why I didn't give the overall rating 5 stars. I only dealt with Nick briefly on the phone so my rating may not be accurate of him. Very happy with the car so far! More
