Have had the car serviced at this dealer over the last 6 years. In the market for a new car, and liking the current vehicle, I went back to see the same salesman. Listened to me, understood what I wanted and didn't want, and searched well outside the local area for the specific vehicle. He was successful and I purchased the new vehicle. More

The first thing that "wowed" us was Brian bringing the car to us to look at and drive. We then filled out the credit ap online and received an answer very quickly. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car EVERYONE was welcoming and helpful. Nick thoroughly explained all of the paperwork in a way that a 19 year old could understand. All it takes is an ear I visited several area GMC dealerships in search of a new truck, but wasn't sure if I was after a Canyon or Sierra. I met with Nate Rameaka at Gates I visited several area GMC dealerships in search of a new truck, but wasn't sure if I was after a Canyon or Sierra. I met with Nate Rameaka at Gates and started on the pathway to a decision. The best thing Nate did was LISTEN to me and aide me by providing accurate information regarding both vehicles. After talking dollars, it was clear to me the best value was in the Sierra, even though both vehicles were awesome in their own right. You may think that Nate didn't really do anything special, but in comparison to my experience with salespeople at the other dealerships I visited, his behavior was impressive in its simplicity, and earned him and his employer a sale. Nate understood that every car buyer is different and instead of employing the typical "sell a car "mode other people in his position operate under, he was better. Way to go Nate! More

Awesome Place and People I had a great experience with my salesperson. I inquired about a vehicle that I saw on Iseecars.com or cargurus.com. I'm not sure which site since I s I had a great experience with my salesperson. I inquired about a vehicle that I saw on Iseecars.com or cargurus.com. I'm not sure which site since I sent multiple inquiries. Within a few minutes of sending in the inquiry, I received a call from Tara Rasmus. Since I am approximately 1 hour away from the dealership, she offered to come to my home with the vehicle. She was very professional and not at all pushy. I was completely impressed. On 6/15/16, I went to the dealership and met Nick Truax and I can't speak higher of a professional, kind and thoughtful individual. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
