Fantastic! After tying multiple dealerships from Texas all the way to the west coast, I finally managed to locate the part I needed. First I spoke with Nicki, who confirmed that the part I was looking for was in stock, and that even though I had called, I could still get the online discount (website had not been updated to reflect the part, it had just come in that day). She was very friendly, and very helpful. She transferred me to Juan to get my order placed and shipped - not only was he polite, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to tell me the signal output for several different versions of a sensor - unprompted! He answered my fairly random and obscure questions without hesitation or doubt. The shipped item even arrived a day early - at a reasonable shipping price! A great experience with a great team. Definitely ordering my parts from Fontana Nissan in the future! More
