It took 3 visits to service center till my daughter’s

Service center then replaced the part. Thank goodness it didn’t break while my daughter was commuting the parkway to & from work! Not sure who the mechanics were.

While the initial visit successfully addressed the hissing brake booster issue, we regret that the wheel bearing concern wasn’t detectable until the third visit when the noise became more pronounced.
We do take vehicle safety very seriously, and once the issue was identified, we replaced the bearing at no charge as a gesture to acknowledge the time and inconvenience involved. We truly value your business and appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. If there's anything more we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
