I walked into dealership thinking I wanted 1 of 2 vehicles and I ended up walking out with a 3rd. I was able to test drive each of the vehicles, get prices on all 3 and made my final decision. After visiting four dealerships and talking to numerous sales representatives my wife and I left with a bad experience buying a new car, but that all changed when we visited Arlington Heights Buick from th sales representatives my wife and I left with a bad experience buying a new car, but that all changed when we visited Arlington Heights Buick from the moment we entered their front door we expected the same result we had received from the other dealerships we had visited, But that all changed the moment we were welcomed by sales representative Cesar Martinez he introduced himself and said he would be happy to answer any questions his demeanor and attitude put us at ease and then proceeded to show us the Buick model we were interested in, Cesar not only showed us one car but five different colors, and each time he would go out to the car lot bring in a car and then take it out and bring in another until we were satisfied with the exact color exterior and interior The had the patients of a saint ! Then came negotiations we discussed pricing and just when we were close and could not decide he called in General Sales Manager Michael Audino who also was very patient and Professional no pressure no take or leave statement but offered us more incentives and best of all lowered the price ! The Deal was completed with his Help . Then on to Finance department and again a pleasant person with Nicollet the finance person . I entered this dealership a stranger and came away feeling like a member of their Family ! Thank you all for a wonderful and pleasant car buying experience!!!!! More
