I just had to share my recent car-buying experience with you all! I visited this dealership over the weekend and had the privilege of working with Nicoly Mandelli, an incredible Audi Sales Consultant. To be you all! I visited this dealership over the weekend and had the privilege of working with Nicoly Mandelli, an incredible Audi Sales Consultant. To be honest, I was in a rush that day, but Nicoly remained cool, friendly, and oh-so-knowledgeable throughout. I'm not the easiest person to please, and choosing the right car takes time for me. But, without a doubt, I know I want to have Nicoly by my side throughout this process. You see, my friend also bought a car from this dealership, and let me tell you, they are honest people. So, when I say my experience was outstanding, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. But it's not just Nicoly that made this place special. The entire team exudes warmth and friendliness. When I stepped in, everyone greeted me with a smile, and even the manager took the time to say hello personally. That's the kind of attentiveness that leaves a lasting impression. It's true what Nicoly said—this dealership aims to provide a remarkable experience. And guess what? They succeeded in making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I must confess, I'm not one to write reviews, but this time, I just had to. My visit felt personal, and I genuinely believe these people care about their customers.
