A few weeks ago i called to make an appointment and was told I could just walk in no appt necessary for an express service. I came in as a walk in a few weeks later and was told you don’t take walk ins and told I could just walk in no appt necessary for an express service. I came in as a walk in a few weeks later and was told you don’t take walk ins and I have to make an appt. I went online to make an appointment and the first thing I see is no appoint necessary for walk ins. The marketing feels false and is a waste of time when you can’t actually walk in for service. VERY FRUSTRATING. I’m hoping there are other service options near me. More

Needed thermo control valve to be replaced. Happy that the replacement part was available and that job was completed same day. xxxxxxto Nikkie for assisting with the tcv issue. Was expecting that since battery was over five years old. Approved battery replacement but was shocked that it cost over $400. Can somebody explain why so expensive? AAA charges about half of that. He gave me his personal cell number, even followed up after sale and set my first service appointment with Service Director Aaron Peason—-both of these managers exceeded my expectations and did it with respect and attention to detail. I will not go anywhere else for my automotive needs! More

I came i to have an oil change and to check items that I considered on my extended warranty. I had to pay for the diagnosis, which I did not want to, but I thought the diagnosis was thorough.
