Forced Sale At the beginning I was told that they are the only dealer who will provide a lifetime warranty. But they did not tell me that there is more than $2000 At the beginning I was told that they are the only dealer who will provide a lifetime warranty. But they did not tell me that there is more than $2000 charge for that lifetime warranty. When I made the deal, then they ask me to sign the paper and I came to know the charges. It is kind of deceptive. After signing the initial paper I went to sign for financial paper. When I refused to take any insurance, Mr. Anthony Mazany told me that "it is "Silly" decision to not cover your car" and got angry. It was a really bad experience with him. As a customer it is my decision, what I need get. He cannot force me. More

Sales Representative Eddie Orellana showed us the car and we drove it on the off-street test track behind the dealership. We loved the test track, although my son really scared me when he sped around the corner. Lol. Auto Financing Expert Anthony Mazany secured us a car loan with a lower interest rate and monthly payments that we were comfortable with. Anthony really made the difference. Leo is the man!!! I walked in at 840pm om Monday night where leo intriduced himself to me. He provided me with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to get the deal done. He was quick abd effecient and very professional to deal with. Definitely will get more cars from him. I checked out other dealers and brands but I was still sold by my test drive with Ehab and his personality so I made a point to come back and buy new from him. More

We visited Gerald 3 days ago, with no certainty to trade the old Subaru in 4 days. However, Leo Lopez approached us whilst looking at cars in showroom. Leo along with Nino McMorris made the new car purchase very smooth. Leo looked at the inventory and found the exterior and interior color of the vehicle as we wanted. Leo has a lively and helpful personality. The trade of the old Subaru and the purchase of the new Crosstrek 2018 was done in less than an hour with the help of Leo and Nino. More

Peter actually greeted us outside before we even walked in...he was very knowledgeable about Subaru and was able to get us the exact vehicle interior and exterior that we wanted to purchase and took us for a great test drive!! The test drive course was exceptional and you could really get a feel of how the Outback handled on different terrain, turns and uphill. The processing time was also impressively quick and we went home with a brand new 2017 Outback Touring which drives and looks like a dream. Ask For Leo Lopez - A Great Salesperson! I have gotten to know Leo Lopez and Ubaldo Rodriguez at Gerald Subaru over the past year or so as I have replaced some aging vehicles. Overall the sal I have gotten to know Leo Lopez and Ubaldo Rodriguez at Gerald Subaru over the past year or so as I have replaced some aging vehicles. Overall the sales department there is pretty decent & I have had a good experience. Leo Lopez is an awesome salesperson, and really gives you the amount of time you need - even when he knows you are just stopping by to "see" what's new. On several occasions he has gone above and beyond to make my wife & I feel like valued customers. Just purchased my 3rd Subaru in lest than two year from Leo this past Memorial Day weekend, and it may not be the last (I have one more vehicle to replace in the next year or so). The new Gerald Subaru location in Aurora is quite modern & nice, but all that nice stuff does come at a price. From my experience, Gerald Subaru has not always been the most competitive on price - so do shop around and compare, then bring that to Leo Lopez and see what he can work out for you. Sadly, I am not sold on the Gerald Subaru service department... I have had a few interactions over the past year and now perform most of the vehicle maintenance myself, or take to another Subaru dealership for service when necessary. Gerald Subaru is the closest dealership to me & I may give the service department another chance here in the future though. More

He pulled through, like he said he was going to. Let me first start of by saying...Thanks for everything Jesse. I mean it. I was first looking into trading my vehicle, for a new 2017 Impreza hatc Let me first start of by saying...Thanks for everything Jesse. I mean it. I was first looking into trading my vehicle, for a new 2017 Impreza hatchback manual Sport. They didn't have the car color I liked but I test drove a different one. I told Jesse if they can get a certain color, you have a chance to see me again. So he did what he can. All week I was talking to a couple of different dealerships (Grand specifically). I was talking to them more than I was talking to Jesse over at Gerald. I would tell me everything that Grand was offering me and he said one thing which was fair "Give me still Wednesday, please". I gave Jesse my word that I wouldn't make a deal until I saw what he had to offer. He and his team ended up finding one of the ONLY white imprezas around the area and had it driven all the to there dealership. It came from Wisconsin. The car arrived, and at that time I had just walked away from Grand Subaru, not because of the people, but because the numbers weren't just working in my favor (nothing against them). At this point, it was either I going to have to pass, or Jesse was going to have to throw up a hail marry with this one.... Jesse by far...is easily, one of the BEST salesman I have ever come from across. During this year, and certain situations, my girlfriend and I have had some visits to the dealerships with finding us a car. And yet he stands out from all of them in my opinion. He did his job, which was to present a customer with what they like. The number game is coming from a completely different person, not your salesman. If your product wasn't there, he did EVERYTHING he could to get what the customer wanted (my vehicle came from Wisconsin). And his overall demeanor and also personality is just a laid back guy. He didn't pressure me to do anything. I felt like this car buying, I had complete control. Our convos in between business talks were more on a friend level. Which I like. Even before we sat down and discussed numbers, we were in the back and I told him "If things don't get well out there, I wanted to let you know, you've done a great job. No matter what the outcome is". He really BELIEVES in customer service. It wasn't customer service as in do whatever to benefit the customer to buy...but customer service as in anything they can do to help. Anything. And that's what I loved about the guy. It's hard to find good people, and Jesse is one of them. Thanks for everything Jes! "You had me when I saw the water bottle" hahaha More
