This is the first time that I have tru Toyota over the years. I can honestly say that yesterday was, by far, the best experience I have ever had!!! This is the first time that I have truly felt “WOWED!” Darryn Lewis is the nicest, happiest, most patient salesman I have ever met!!! He is truly the best salesman of any kind that I have ever encountered!! He never stops smiling! And he was helping me at 4:00pm, after having been there since 5:00am! He went out of his way to do everything in his power to make my experience amazing!! And he succeeded!!!! And then there was Seth Cameron, who handled the financing. He was so nice and spent so much time answering my questions and helping me understand everything! He is not only professional, but incredibly personable! And then there were Seth’s four brothers who also work at Beaver Toyota. I was blown away by this!!! What an amazing story this would make, 5 BROTHERS working for Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine. Talk about a WOW factor!!!!! These brothers are exceptional, and they made the several hours I was there feel like minutes! They are handsome, happy, and fun!!! They all kept stopping by while I was in the lobby to check on me and see if I needed anything! They made me feel like family, like I had known them all my life! What an incredible group of young men to have taking me through what is normally a miserable, hours long experience - buying a car. When they found out that it was my birthday, they surprised me in Seth‘s office, when I was doing the financing, with a birthday cake and balloon, and sang happy birthday to me! Holy smoke, who does that? Wow! I’m telling you I have never had such a personal, professional, and fun experience when making a major purchase, in my life, and I am 71 years old! This group of young men are so exceptional in the way they do their job, they truly should be recognized by the Beaver owners! There can’t possibly be anyone like this team at any dealership anywhere in America!! I was so impressed!
