Norris is great. He was nice, informational, and definitely someone I’d work with. But, unfortunately, he got help from someone inside the used lot today (12/30, 1:30 He was nice, informational, and definitely someone I’d work with. But, unfortunately, he got help from someone inside the used lot today (12/30, 1:30pm) who was quite the opposite. This other guy kept telling me my math was wrong, my financing was wrong, and kept avoiding questions. My financing and math was correct, as it was information directly from my bank. I get a new car every two years and get my financing from the same place every time… it was 100% correct. I had a check in my pocket and ready to buy a car… but he decided to dig into my personal life and tell me my bank was incorrect. He was very rude and treated me like a child in front of my husband. Will not be back to Southern Team and took my check elsewhere. But if someone else decides to buy there, definitely ask for Norris. Great guy. Norris would have had a sale if it weren’t for the other guy. More
