First of all Tony and Narbeh helped me better understand a package more suited to my taste and one that addressed all of my concerns. They provided me with the perfect price which was better than what I expected! Narbeh made sure the car was washed and ready for me in best condition. He streamlined the process and answered all my questions about payments and deals. Omar helped me in fiNance and was an absolute delight to work with. It was a pleasure thanks to his positive attitude and great demeanor. He covered everything us in a quick timely manner and maintained a great rapport the whole way through! Afterwards, Narbeh showed me to my new vehicle and took time to show me the basics of the vehicle and answer any questions I had about the new features on my car. He helped me set up the technology in the vehicle and told me to reach out with any questions or concerns as well which was greatly appreciated, overall such a great team and wonderful experience. Omar and Tony are the most unprofessional, dishonest dealer scammers. 2 days after leaving with it there were electrical i I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. Omar and Tony are the most unprofessional, dishonest dealer scammers. 2 days after leaving with it there were electrical issues with it. Within a week the car wouldn’t turn on at all. They assured me the car was “Honda Certified” and claimed there was nothing wrong with the car. As I came to return this unsafe car within a week they decided to run my credit for a loan while I was there so I could get stuck with a car and they could get a check from a credit union. I will never understand how they can mess with someone’s hard earned money and be so unprofessional. I regret ever coming here for my first car. More
