Treated like a Second Class Citizen Initially, I decided not write a review but, once it came to my attention that I was sold a brand new car with no windshield wiper fluid after paying Initially, I decided not write a review but, once it came to my attention that I was sold a brand new car with no windshield wiper fluid after paying a $300 prep fee that changed my mind. I came in to this Mercedes and met with Orlando Dranguet. During my initial visit, I built the car of my choosing since none were in stock and explained what my payment expectations were in order to ensure this car was within my budget. Orlando claimed he would take care of me and that their current sales events would most likely extend and would help me get the best price possible. Additionally, I was told the car would be delivered by February or March. By mid March, I reached out to Orlando inquiring about the delivery date of the car which ended up changing to end of April. By mid April, Orlando called and said the car had been delivered and provided me with the financials surrounding the monthly payment and down payment that would be required. Both the required down payment increased and the monthly payment increased and Orlando was unwilling to negotiate the price and kept saying its a "hot car." In the end, the price came down $1300 in total and I purchased the car. In terms of my experience at the dealership, both times I came to the dealership I was left waiting for over a half hour even when I made an appointment. Additionally, I had to purchase floor mats which was fine but, Orlando should of had the service team place them in the car prior to delivery. Instead, I was told I had to go downstairs and purchase them and carry them upstairs to where my car was being delivered! I had mentioned early on that I wanted all season floor mats. Honda included the same type of floor mats at no fee and delivered the car with them inside already. It was a sad moment. As someone who was upgrading to a new luxury car from a Honda, I had a sub-par buying experience and one I will never forget. This was supposed to be a special moment and accomplishment for me but, ended up being ruined by this dealership since I was treated like a second class citizen. Thank you but, no thank you. I already directed my friends and colleagues to go to another Mercedes Benz. This one is the worse! More
