1. Communication system to set up an appointment doesn't work. Had to tell service agent everything that was said previously to call center. Messages left also do not appear to be forwarded to service rep. work. Had to tell service agent everything that was said previously to call center. Great intake service. Service advisor knowledgable and took time to listen to our concerns. Upgraded waiting room was comfortable and pleasant - we forgot to ask for Wi-Fi Service advisor knowledgable and took time to listen to our concerns.
