It was a pleasant surprise to run into him at Crews and proceeded to learn a whole lot more about the Outback I came to test drive and all its features. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It's a different experience than the internet Youtube reviews when you actually get to experience a test drive in person. Best car buying experience ever ! We saw a car that we were interested in on Car Gurus and drove from Claxton, GA to Charleston to see and drive the car. Trey met us when we drove in We saw a car that we were interested in on Car Gurus and drove from Claxton, GA to Charleston to see and drive the car. Trey met us when we drove in and helped us with information and a test drive of the vehicle. Trey was very informative and did not pressure us in the least. We talked about the car, Trey had our car looked at for a possible trade in - We appreciated that he picked up on the fact that we just wanted to get to the bottom line and see if that was going to make the sale possible. He gave us a price for our trade and a price for the new car = We were very happy with the outcome = we felt both prices were fair and I am now driving a new (used) car. We also spoke to Pam Baker who completed all of the paperwork for us - She gave us all of the information we needed and did not try to pressure us to buy any additional goods or services that we did not want. She presented all of the information to us and explained it completely - a real pleasure to work with ! We would recommend Trey and Crews Subaru to friends and family for making the car buying experience good. I normally do not feel that way after buying a car !!! More

Barry's absolute focus throughout our purchase was to ensure that we got the right car for us; with that goal he clearly explained all possible features to make certain we got what we wanted. Barry and the rest of the Crews staff maintain a very easy, no-pressure presence which really makes the process enjoyable and exciting, which is what it should be. I honestly think if Barry had sensed we weren't completely 'sold' on our particular car that he would have steered us in another direction, it's that important to him. Can't say enough good things about this entire dealership! More
