Great experience! Wanted a new car but was dreading going to a dealership. The idea of being pressured by salespeople, haggling over prices and going back and forth wit Wanted a new car but was dreading going to a dealership. The idea of being pressured by salespeople, haggling over prices and going back and forth with sales managers was enough to make me stick with my old car. I stopped at Subaru - just to look - and was so pleasantly surprised. No hassle, no pressure and a great deal! Went back a week later and purchased a Forester! Can't say enough great things about Scott in the Sales Dept. He made this process so easy. Delighted with my new car! Thank you Scott. More

When Robert was busy with another client or off a day I came in for "another test drive" other staff, including but not limited to Josh, Linda Jeremy and Trey, were available to answer my questions, give me literature or take me out for a drive. Robert was excellent explaining all the features of the car. Jeremy reviewed some of the features for me and helped to make me comfortable with "new technology." They worked together as a team which was very much to my advantage. Linda was very helpful when I called in and Robert was not there. The literature provided let me know exactly what products Subaru had available and pricing. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. My Subaru Forester Touring model has a lot of features. They have all been explained to me by various staff but It will take me time to learn to use them all. Robert has made it clear he is there to help me any time I need "how to" guidance. The sales team made buying a new car as stress free as such a large purchase can be. Pam was very knowledgeable and organized about the financing end of the process. She was very candid regarding the extended service warranty and the additional exterior and interior care car package. Everyone was very nice to and patient with me. More

Great Car-Buying Experience We are long-time Subaru owners, with our 2000 Outback and 2002 Forester both logging over 250,000 miles, so we we had no question about what brand we We are long-time Subaru owners, with our 2000 Outback and 2002 Forester both logging over 250,000 miles, so we we had no question about what brand we would be returning to for a new car. They are great vehicles, and we had kept up with the reviews. That said, we didn't know what to expect at a dealership, since we hadn't bought new since 2000, but Scott paved the way for a smooth and effortless purchase. We were impressed with Scott's knowledge of the vehicle -- every detail -- and so he was able to reassure us and guide us in our selection. Overall, a very nice experience. More

No pressure: A happy experience! My older, beloved car was totaled when a tree fell on it, and I was heartbroken. I had test driven several comparable models, but didn't have a 'conne My older, beloved car was totaled when a tree fell on it, and I was heartbroken. I had test driven several comparable models, but didn't have a 'connection' with any new car or salesperson who made me feel comfortable until I traveled from Beaufort to N. Charleston to visit the Crews dealership. Tired of driving a rental, and short on time, I had decided that I would tell the first salesman who approached me that I had found the car I wanted to see online, on their lot, and I needed to decide quickly if that was the one for me or not and move on. Luckily, Robert Kozakiewicz was the salesperson to approach me, and he was friendly--not pushy, informative, accommodating and very understanding about my situation. I test drove what would become our new family car, a 2016 certified pre-owned Forester. Robert actually listened to what I really wanted in a car, and was careful to point out things about the Forester that fit into the category of what I was looking for. We were having a great visit during the test drive and I LOVED the car! He assured me as I had to leave that he would do all he could to help me get that particular car if my husband checked it out and liked it, too. Just a couple of days later, I returned with my husband, who had a bunch of questions for Robert, and he answered them all to his satisfaction. They ended up hitting it off, too, and what could have been a stressful few hours was a pleasant car buying experience. Miss Pam in the financing office is a PRO, she's great! She took a minute to get to know us, and explained every bit of the process as we went. Robert and Pam were a great team in our car buying experience! Thanks so much for taking a difficult time and turning it into a happy experience, with a great new car and new people to rely on whenever we need assistance in the future. More

Good Shopping and Buying Experience Coming from other Japanese cars, my expectations are high. Acquaintances and consumer ratings recommended the Subarus so I visited to try them out. J Coming from other Japanese cars, my expectations are high. Acquaintances and consumer ratings recommended the Subarus so I visited to try them out. Jeremy patiently showed features, took my son and I on test drives, taught us how to operate new features, etc. I was particularly interested in the collision avoidance (Eyesight) feature. Jeremy showed us that it will truly slow and stop the car, if the driver doesn't. Josh, Linda. and Pam also were helpful and professional in helping me through the business end of price and features negotiations and the business of selling the car and putting my license plate on it before I was ready to leave. Service consisted of hitch installation and recall evaluation, which was well done. Even parts was involved in coming up with a missing plug for the hitch. More

Crews' crew creates incredible experience !. To say that the folks at Crews Suburu and I ran a few marathons to get me in the car I've wanted the past year and a half is an understatement. For di To say that the folks at Crews Suburu and I ran a few marathons to get me in the car I've wanted the past year and a half is an understatement. For different reasons there were many occasions over the past 18 months that I was ready buy a Suburu Crosstrek but was unable to. At every step of the way, Tracie, Josh, Trey and the entire gang at Crews were with me and supporting me until, finally, a few days ago, I got my Crosstrek ! I consider the folks at Crews to be my dear friends and would love to do anything for them because of their kindness and patience with me. So, maybe this is my opportunity ? I looked at other cars in the final week of decision. There are alot fine SUVs and small SUVs out there, so it was not a slam dunk until I realized that throughout my 'shopping', 2 things were very clear. First, I was comparing every vehicle I drove to the Crosstrek. Secondly, I never felt any trepidation about walking in or making an appointment to talk or drive the Crosstrek again. I don't know about any of you reading this, but there is a certain feeling I get as I walk into most dealerships and they are valid feelings. I feel a need to protect myself. Never at Crews. So, after driving other great SUVs at some of these dealerships, I realized that I loved the Crosstrek by quite a bit over the other options AND I felt like I had friends who have my back at Crews. The bottom line for me was and is Crews has the best product and my back. Thank you ! More

They sue make it easy and comfortable I haven't purchased a car from a dealer in over 20 years and was dreading the experience. I could not have been more relieved. From the initial contac I haven't purchased a car from a dealer in over 20 years and was dreading the experience. I could not have been more relieved. From the initial contact with Tracie to taking a test ride with Jeremy everything was very pleasant and low key. They had a car I wanted to see. They showed it to me and answered all the questions with absolutely no pressure. We looked and left. I received an email soon after thanking me for my visit and offered to answer any other questions I might possibly have. A few days later I got a notice online of a price drop on the car. We really wanted it so I contacted Jeremy and said we were ready to purchase. He arranged an appointment and again the whole process was quick, friendly and efficient. Pam in Finance made the final purchase process quick and efficient. All in all a great experience and we're SO happy with our Subaru Outback! More

Excellent Experience! I hadn't bought a car in 10 years and was dreading the experience. Having owned Subaru Outbacks in the past, I wanted to explore that option first. I hadn't bought a car in 10 years and was dreading the experience. Having owned Subaru Outbacks in the past, I wanted to explore that option first. Trey Norwood was so patient with us and the 4 children we had with us. He took the time to answer all questions and showed us all of the really cool features on the new Outback. Definitely not the heavy sales pitch I was fearing. He actually made car shopping fun! They gave us a very fair offer for our trade-in and the buying process was simple and easy. I have never felt so good about a purchase. More
