Wonderful service & Pleasant I got a slow leak in tire and drove in with no appt. Met with Ann Maria and she took the car immediately and it only took one hr to repair only. Did n I got a slow leak in tire and drove in with no appt. Met with Ann Maria and she took the car immediately and it only took one hr to repair only. Did not need new tire. Ann Maria understood that I was turning car in for new one next day and did all she could to get it as cheap as possible. I have also with with Pam Crisafulli and she is wonderful as well. Service rep Joseph Nazzaro quickly assessed what the problem might be without even leaving his desk. He politely asked me to wait while he took a look himself. It was simply a matter of a button within the car being in the off position without my knowing. He quickly offered to wash and vacuum the car and send me on my way. I truly appreciated the speed and professionalism of his service. I've been a customer since 2008 and have always found this dealership to be professional, thorough and personable. More

This visit, I worked with John DiLieto on the way in when I dropped off my vehicle, and Anne Maria Trapani on the way out when I picked it up. John was very approachable and friendly, and thoroughly explained to me what the Service Technician would be doing with my vehicle. Ann Maria was extremely welcoming and friendly as well, and took the time to go over the completed work order with me, advising me along the way about potential future concerns. She also provided me with her business card so that I may contact her should the need arise in the future. My family members have collectively been customers for more than 25 years and have only had pleasant experiences. I myself am a customer of almost 10 years, and can gladly say the same. Every 5K miles, I look forward to seeing the eager, knowledgeable, friendly faces of the Circle Family, particularly Ann Maria, John, Pam, and of course, Yuriy Kulik the Valet Attendant, who all make the process seem so easy and seamless. More
