Pam is excellent! I came in for a door lock issue on my brand new car and pam did everything she could to fix the problem! i needed the car ready by 2 on tuesday and sh I came in for a door lock issue on my brand new car and pam did everything she could to fix the problem! i needed the car ready by 2 on tuesday and she didn't hesitate, if it wasnt going to be done she even offered to deliver the car to me. she awesome! definitely will be back and will be seeing pam. i would rate her over 5 stars! More

Excellent service department. Joe, Todd, Ann, Pam, Liz and John make up a fantastic team of service advisors. I have been doing business with them for 8 plus years. very attentive to your specific need at the time of service I have dealt with many dealerships over my life [nissan/acura/mercedes/pontiac/oldsmobile/bmw/private]and this by far was the best.Especially my servi I have dealt with many dealerships over my life [nissan/acura/mercedes/pontiac/oldsmobile/bmw/private]and this by far was the best.Especially my service advisor Joseph Nazzaro.He went above and beyond what I would expect from a dealership.What was surprising was Mr. Nazzaro was more concerned about my schedule and not other outside occurrences.He was very attentive to address the exact problem at hand and scheduled the proper people to fix the problem in avery timely fashion.Also if Mr.Nazzaro wasn't there Pam Crisfulli would actually answer the phone or call me right back to address the situation.They work extremely well together.I also can't leave out Steve Thieme who was the best salesman I have ever dealt with.This is my fist review i have ever written.I typically wouldn't [waste my time] especially on thanksgiving but the three people I spoke of are exceptional people and deserve a lot of credit. More

Circle Infiniti great experience every time with Pam and Ann Been coming here for 3 years because of the great customer service. Pam and Ann are my absolute favorite. As a service member I don’t really have the Been coming here for 3 years because of the great customer service. Pam and Ann are my absolute favorite. As a service member I don’t really have the time to wait, guess or worry about service on my 2011G; they tailor my experience around my schedule. The closer dealership to me would have been the Cherry Hill Infiniti but their reviews weren’t even close to Circle Infiniti. Im sure it’s because of those 2, they get you in greet you with a smile have a nice conversation with you WHILE taking care of you and you’re right back out the door. If you ever need service done on your Infiniti take it to Circle Infiniti and try to get to either Pam or Ann those two deserve a promotion! They’re completely honest with you about what your vehicle needs and they don’t sugar coat anything. That’s why I always come back to this specific dealer. It’s a great experience every time I go there. It’s about an hour drive from my base but it’s worth the drive every time .I’m just so sad that I’ll have to find a new Infiniti dealer and version of Pam and Ann when I move to Washington state this is my favorite one. More
