Love my new 2020 Rogue SV I picked out my Rogue online and pretty much did all the decision making over the phone. Awesome car buying experience! This was my first time buying a new car so I was not really sure what to expect. Everyone that I spoke with about it had more negative things to say This was my first time buying a new car so I was not really sure what to expect. Everyone that I spoke with about it had more negative things to say than positive. I had an appointment set and Pam was there to help from the minute I stepped in the door. She was not pushy or trying to “get the sale”, and really cared about what I was looking for in a vehicle. The first car we drove I ended up really liking but she did offer to show me some more, in case I was interested. She made the whole buying experience very enjoyable and easy. Also Dan in the finance department was very quick, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend St. Charles Nissan! More
