I started this process back in January 2015 and decided not to take their offer and try to improve my credit for a better deal. Now almost five months later, I got the deal I wanted on the exact car I wanted. Some of the initial offers from the banks were not desirable, but we kept at it until they came up with something that will work for me. Thanks so much to Pam Verduzco for facilitating the process. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Elk Grove Subaru. I was given a great price on a 2015 Forester from one of the online sales managers, Mike Carlson and Pam Verduzco answered all my questions and the test drive. I never felt pressured and they were completely professional the entire time. The finance manager, Mike Lagandaon, made the financing part smooth and painless. I would, and have recommended, Elk Grove Subaru to all my friends. It was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Thanks!!!! More

Simply awesome Pam is hands down the best car salesperson that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I called her on Sunday and between several back and for Pam is hands down the best car salesperson that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I called her on Sunday and between several back and forth phone calls, her and I were able to come to a perfect agreement for a purchase of a 2015 Subaru Forester. I met her the following day (Monday) around 7pm and she had me out the door with my brand new car in less than two hours. Pam went out of her way to show me every detail of my new Subaru including helping me to set up my blue tooth with my phone. I also have to give excellent kudos to Mike in finance who is the best guy you could ever hope to sit across a desk from and sign papers with ... completely professional, funny, down to earth and, simply put, a real caring and genuine individual. I am blown away by Elk Grove Subaru's commitment to their customers and their overall service. Elk Grove Subaru is simply the best overall car shopping experience anyone can hope to find. Just a Relaxed Day at the Elk Grove Subaru My husband and I decided to upgrade my little VW convertible…time to grow up. I set my eye on the Subaru Outback and started searching. Carmax, hmmm My husband and I decided to upgrade my little VW convertible…time to grow up. I set my eye on the Subaru Outback and started searching. Carmax, hmmm 4 Outbacks in 500 miles. Filled out an internet request with Elk Grove Subaru with all my upgrades and received an email within the hour. The quoted price was actually very close to a used one that I had tagged on the Carmax site. We called Pam Verduzco and the start of our smooth purchase began. From the moment we walked in for our 11:00 appointment, test drove a beauty and sat down with Pam we were impressed. The entire experience was top notch and we had no second guessing or worries about what the price was going to be. We received the best care and attention from Mark Carlson who got our paperwork wrapped up and we were driving home by 2:00pm! Both Pam and Mark made us feel important. I can't thank them enough for a great day and I LOVE MY SUBARU!!! This is the first time I have owned one and it won't be the last for sure. More
