Subaru was our first stop of many we had planned, but they had a number of the other car makes and models we were looking into purchasing from others so we got to try them out there. After test driving the Forester all in the family agreed it was the best and though we were originally not looking to buy yet, we started the process. They, as a team, worked tirelessly to find a way to meet what we could afford so that we got to drive home our new 'family member' the next day. Even when we were unsure that we would get the car, the staff made this experience the best and most stress free time we've ever had car searching. Would we go back? Absolutely! And we are telling everyone where to go next to have a great experience. Thank you again to the incredible Subaru team!! More

Outstanding I called and talked to Bruce and he answered all of my questions with no pressure to come in. I drove over an hour and half because of the price and how quickly Bruce responded to my e-mail. Everyone here was fast, nice, and knowledgeable on our vehicle. Bruce was with another customer when we came in, but Pam came over and took us for the test drive and helped us till Bruce was available. The whole team here is outstanding. More

Wife's Retirement Gift! Since September 23, 2014, I have been searching for a 2015 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited, Crystal White Pearl w/Tan Leather Interior (With ALL the bell Since September 23, 2014, I have been searching for a 2015 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited, Crystal White Pearl w/Tan Leather Interior (With ALL the bells & whistles). My first attempt to locate the vehicle was on the Subaru Internet Official website. I submitted the described vehicle for dealer quotes. After numerous Northern California Subaru dealer contacts, I was told the car would either have to be special ordered or a dealer trade may be an option because the vehicle I wanted wasn't at any dealership within 200 miles. I had settled on waiting for a dealer trade by the local Subaru dealership in Tuolumne County, but the dealership failed to close the deal by the 15th of November. On Monday, November 17, 2014, I contacted Elk Grove Subaru, Pam Verduzco, by phone regarding my specified vehicle listed on their website. Pam, effectively confirmed the vehicle was in stock, secured the keys and by 3:30PM, My wife and I had the car we wanted, at a very good price and we were treated exceptionally well by ALL the employees we dealt with at Elk Grove Subaru (Michael in the Parts Department, you did good too!) More
