Decent Dealership , No trust on Pre owned Certification cars I bought a Certified Pre owned Acura TLX from this dealer 04/30/2019, but i had 3 issues from the day one. So its hard to believe that these are actu I bought a Certified Pre owned Acura TLX from this dealer 04/30/2019, but i had 3 issues from the day one. So its hard to believe that these are actually Certified cars. I am still waiting for the dealer to provide me with the certification report and this is not the process in other dealerships who sell certiffied vehicles. They have a good Sales Manager Chris, highly suggest to do business with him directly. More

Recall work I was in for two recalls on my 2017 MDX. I was told the work would take approximately 2hrs. Another good experience purchasing a new RDX I liked the fact that no one was too pushy and that they were patient with our decision making process. They even brought the vehicle from another dealer as they did not have the exterior/interior color combination we wanted on their lot. Our salesman, Steve, seemed very knowledgeable about everything concerning the SUV we purchased and was certainly helpful in showing us how to set things up such as phones, navigation tools and safety features before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. This is our second time purchasing a vehicle at Rizza Acura. I’m sure we’ll be back when we purchase another. More
