Amazing experience... thanks Matt!!! Went to Prestige Volvo looking at a used mercedes. Went in at 2pm on a really busy saturday (they close at 5)... was greeted super kindly by Rich whil Went to Prestige Volvo looking at a used mercedes. Went in at 2pm on a really busy saturday (they close at 5)... was greeted super kindly by Rich while we were walking around the very nice showroom. Rich no pressure took us on a nice test drive, was very interpersonal and told us great and funny stories about his sales history during the drive. When we came back, they appraised my car $5000 more than many other dealers (Paul Miller, Open Road etc) appraised it at, and Matt came at us with a very simple straight forward no hassle negotiation. We took the Mercedes home that night around 8PM, Rich and Matt and Pat stayed late on their saturday to make sure we got into our car that day with an absolutely flawless transaction. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with my car and how happy I am we decided to stop into Prestige Volvo. These guys are truly the creme of the crop, I've bought over 10 cars from new car dealers in the past two years and this is absolutely my best experience. Thank you endlessly Rich and Matt, I will recommend EVERYONE to visit these guys if any of these cars interest you and will absolutely be back for my next car!!! More

He is knowledgable and friendly and makes the whole experience pleasant and comfortable. The dealership facilities are new. The service department is great. Pat handled the leasing. The whole process went very smoothly and couldn't have been easier. More

Worth the trip! I was recently in the market for a new 2018 Volvo S90 T6 Inscription. After searching a bunch of local dealerships, I finally picked up my new car at I was recently in the market for a new 2018 Volvo S90 T6 Inscription. After searching a bunch of local dealerships, I finally picked up my new car at Prestige Volvo in E Hanover, NJ and I couldn’t be happier! I actually test drove the car closer to my home on Long Island and had a deal in place with a local dealer. But, before I finalized everything I received a call from Tina Bilokin in the internet sales department at Prestige. She had gotten my info from something I had filled out online. I told her the offer that I had on the table and told her she was free to try and beat it but I was very skeptical, especially considering the MSRP on the car she had was $3k higher than what I had test drove and put a deposit on. Well, needless to say, I was very excited when her offer was $40/mo lower than the best offer I had received at my local dealer! At first I didn’t believe it so I asked Tina to confirm all of her numbers with me (RV, MF, Net Cap, etc). Everything seemed to check out so I decided to move forward with the deal even though it would mean driving nearly 2 hours to pick up the car. After waiting about a week for the car to be shipped in from one of their other lots, I took the drive out to Prestige (still a little skeptical that I was going to get surprised by tons of hidden fees at the last minute). Well, I’m happy to report that not only were there no hidden fees whatsoever, Tina and Pat Masone (finance manager) couldn’t have made the process any easier or more enjoyable. Tina took the time to show me all of the features on the car which took a good hour (my god this car has a ton of gadgets and options!). Pat was also a gentleman and answered all of my questions. Between my wife and I we have purchased/leased a bunch of cars and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. There was no going back and forth with pricing trying to squeeze a few dollars off of the monthly payment or the upfront cost. Tina came out of the gate with a very competitive offer and delivered on what she promised. She asked all the right questions to make sure I got the best price possible (got me A Plan pricing thanks to my employer which no other dealer I worked with asked for). Even the process after I drove off the lot has been amazing. Tina has reached out to me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the car and answer any questions I’ve had. I don’t think I’ve ever received that level of customer service with any purchase I’ve ever made in my life, not just cars. To sum up, Tina, Pat, and the team at Prestige Volvo were exceptional! It made driving 2 hours from my home to the dealership well worth it and if I decide to stay with Volvo when my lease ends I’m fairly certain I will be making a trip back out to see them. If you’re in Tri-State area and in the market for a Volvo, do yourself a favor and give Tina a call. I’m pretty sure you will be happy you did! More

Purchased a second Volvo here I purchased a Volvo XC90 here in 2011 from Rich Curto. It was the best experience I've ever had at a new car dealership. (Normally buying cars rates I purchased a Volvo XC90 here in 2011 from Rich Curto. It was the best experience I've ever had at a new car dealership. (Normally buying cars rates just above dentist visit for me.) Prestige changed all that. It now came time to purchase another car - our driver family is getting larger - so, I returned to Prestige and Rich Curto for a new 2018 S90. Again, an outstanding experience. I used the USAA car buying service and the price was negotiated beforehand. Prestige honored the price and we were able to focus on the test driving, financing and delivery. All the forms were filled out ahead of time by Rich and Pat and the delivery went very smoothly. Over the years, I have had all my XC90 service done by Prestige and the experience has been delightful. This is my Volvo dealer and Rich is my salesman for the foreseeable future. More

Great service! I had a very bad experience with Tri-county Lexus dealer. The dealer was dishonest and hooding my credit car for 3 hours on Jan.12 2018. Afterwards, my friend brought me to Prestige Volvo, where he bought a pre owned XC60 just a day before. I had great experience with Pretige Volvo dealer and I bought a car I love! pre owned XC60. It looks like a brand new car! It is so pleasant to drive. My sales specialist Ron was very knowledgeable and patient to teach me how to use the car. Pat was so great to get me car loan with very low rate. Two day later I wanted to buy extended warranty, I called Ron, again he and Pat was so nice to take care what my need. It was really stress free. I am so happy with car and the service! More

Ronnie is the best! Great Person! Ronnie is fantastic and a real gem of a gentelman! He made buying a Volvo easy. Internet purchase While searching for a used 2017 Infiniti Q50 for my wife,I came across a listing from prestige Volvo that sounded to good to be true. After contacting Tina Bilokin she reassured me by sending videos and answering any questions I had. A week later my wife and myself took the short trip from Long Island to New Jersey to purchase the car. The car was everything and more that Tina had promised. The dealership was beautiful and Tina and her co-workers were amazing and made the transaction the smoothest I have ever had. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the near future. More
