He accommodated us by leaving the dealership twice, once to accompany us back to our house to walk our dog who had been home alone most of the day, and once to accompany me to my mother's house to address a problem that involved storing her walker in the trunk. Excellent Car Buying Experience. I have been purchasing and leasing cars for the last 22 years. Every car buying experience is different. One thing I always feel uncomfortable in I have been purchasing and leasing cars for the last 22 years. Every car buying experience is different. One thing I always feel uncomfortable in common is dishonesty, pressure from sales and then when the deal is done, another wave of pressure you get from the finance manager during closing to make an additional profit. I understand that car buying experience is always a tag of war between the dealer and the buyer since the dealer wants to make as much of a profit versus the buyer who always wants to pay less. However, in most cases, this tag of war goes beyond being a pleasant experience that whenever I have another car due for purchase, the stress related to choosing a dealer and the hassle of dealing with the sales person is overwhelming. Another frustrating point to car buying is when I, as a buyer have done all my homework of gathering enough information of market values, expected payments, financing rates, car options and current inventory status of a particular dealer find out that the sales person is either less knowledgeable than me or is deliberately hiding that obvious information to try and make a better deal that would benefit the dealer beyond the norm or market average. Some dealers even go to the extent and try to make you believe that there are additional fees like window etching, new car prep detailing and even protection packages fees that are built into the car and has to be part of the selling price without room to exclude or not buy at the buyer’s discretion. My experience with Prestige Volvo is the best dealer experience I have ever had in my 22 years of car buying/leasing. The offer, counter-offer back and forth process was smooth, all numbers were presented to me was in a transparent manner, I was not pushed to buy add-ons I did not want and there was no unpleasant pressure I could feel from the sales person and also with the finance manager at closing. Most part of my deal back and forth was made via e-mail which was my preferred method of communications since I don't like making personal calls during work hours and the honest explanation I was receiving as to why my selling price and monthly payment had been reached to an agreeable point was also transparent and crystal clear. Other Volvo dealers out there simply did not prefer to communicate with me via e-mail, provided automated answers that were totally off from what I was requesting or asking and/or were hesitant in providing me with transparent written information over e-mail. During closing, finance manager was willing to listen to my needs rather than convince to sell me something that I did not need. I ended up purchasing a lease protection package due to my needs. These are one of the main reasons I gave my business to Prestige Volvo even when I knew that Prestige Volvo was not the dealer giving me the best deal of the century. I had better pricing offers out there but the most important part of being transparent and honest made Prestige Volvo my choice. Will keep posting on how my service experience goes at Prestige Volvo. More

Re-Leased a new XC60, great experience with little hassle! Tina Bilokin, our sales consultant, is awesome. This is our second lease with her and she is very knowledgeable and through about the XC70 lease that Tina Bilokin, our sales consultant, is awesome. This is our second lease with her and she is very knowledgeable and through about the XC70 lease that we returned as well as the new lease on the XC60. She gave us a number of options (lease buyout vs new lease XC90 vs new lease XC60) and we got honest advice (pros/cons) about each option. She explains the cars well and is very adept at dealing with our specific needs (e.g. we needed a rack for our new XC60). Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Prestige Volvo to anyone looking for a solid, safe family car or a really nice, modern SUV (XC90)! I hope that one day Volvo will make an XC90 Pickup Truck ;) More

Guilty leaving my old Volvo Dealership but it was WORTH IT! I went with the intentions just to look at a car I had noticed online, leave and go to my normal dealer to see the car I was sure I was going to get. Well it didn't go as planned, I left with an entirely different car that I LOVE! My sales associate Tina was so knowledgeable, made a suggestion, she couldn't have been more right. The entire experience was so welcoming and friendly that although I felt guilty not going to my normal guy (at another Volvo dealership), Tina will be the lady I go to from now on. Thank you so much for the AMAZING costumer service, friendly smile and kindness to my family during the process of getting a new car. Pat was so great to get me where I wanted to be with Financing. It was really stress free and a positive experience. A+ More

I purchased a used vehicle at PRESTIGE VOLVO, found the vehicle online which was not a Volvo but a GMC ACADIA. It all started with a phone call to the dealer on a Thursday morning, was transferred to the internet sales rep named Irene Garris. we spoke, I told her I was out of state, was interested in a vehicle that they had. The conversation went well, BUT I WAS STILL ON THE DEFENSE for being out of state and about to drive 3.5hrs to go buy this vehicle and wouldn't be able to make the drive till Saturday, which may end up being sold. she assured me that wasn't going to happen. we went back and forth with the pricing, which she had to talk to her sales manager about. COMMUNICATION!!!!!! was excellent!!! for I was never haggled with phone calls, all communication continued thru emails till friday evening when we finally agreed on a price, awesome!!!. Called for info to get the paperwork ready for saturday and that's when she says she would be off on Saturday and that her partner Lindsey Mastroianni will be handling the paperwork. Lindsey Mastroianni was excellent and professional, for she had the car gassed up and ready for a test drive on my arrival. she was more excited in knowing who I was rather than shove the sale of the car. with all said AM A HAPPY OWNER OF A GMC ACADIA!!!!! thanks to PRESTIGE VOLVO AND THE TWO KNOWLEDGABLE PROFESIONAL FEMALES IN YOUR DEALERSHIP.THANK YOU!!!!!! Wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo I had a frustrating experience with another Volvo dealership in the area and went into Prestige worried I wouldn't get anywhere.....again. I met with PJ who listened to what I wanted and understood that I didn't want to be hanging inside at the dealership on a beautiful summer day. He was professional, kind, nice and honed in on exactly what I wanted. The experience could not have gone smoother. Ron helped me the day I was picking up the car and went through all of the details of the car and ensured I understood all of the features. Pat helped with financing and paperwork and was very professional as well. Overall, a wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Volvo.
