Guilty leaving my old Volvo Dealership but it was WORTH IT! I went with the intentions just to look at a car I had noticed online, leave and go to my normal dealer to see the car I was sure I was going to get. I went with the intentions just to look at a car I had noticed online, leave and go to my normal dealer to see the car I was sure I was going to get. Well it didn't go as planned, I left with an entirely different car that I LOVE! My sales associate Tina was so knowledgeable, made a suggestion, she couldn't have been more right. The entire experience was so welcoming and friendly that although I felt guilty not going to my normal guy (at another Volvo dealership), Tina will be the lady I go to from now on. Thank you so much for the AMAZING costumer service, friendly smile and kindness to my family during the process of getting a new car. Pat was so great to get me where I wanted to be with Financing. It was really stress free and a positive experience. A+ More

WELL, a dealership proved me Shopping for a vehicle is a task for you end up at the dealership spendings hours and may not end up with the vehicle... WELL, a dealership proved me wrong. I purchased a used vehicle at PRESTIGE VOLVO, found the vehicle online which was not a Volvo but a GMC ACADIA. It all started with a phone call to the dealer on a Thursday morning, was transferred to the internet sales rep named Irene Garris. we spoke, I told her I was out of state, was interested in a vehicle that they had. The conversation went well, BUT I WAS STILL ON THE DEFENSE for being out of state and about to drive 3.5hrs to go buy this vehicle and wouldn't be able to make the drive till Saturday, which may end up being sold. she assured me that wasn't going to happen. we went back and forth with the pricing, which she had to talk to her sales manager about. COMMUNICATION!!!!!! was excellent!!! for I was never haggled with phone calls, all communication continued thru emails till friday evening when we finally agreed on a price, awesome!!!. Called for info to get the paperwork ready for saturday and that's when she says she would be off on Saturday and that her partner Lindsey Mastroianni will be handling the paperwork. Lindsey Mastroianni was excellent and professional, for she had the car gassed up and ready for a test drive on my arrival. she was more excited in knowing who I was rather than shove the sale of the car. with all said AM A HAPPY OWNER OF A GMC ACADIA!!!!! thanks to PRESTIGE VOLVO AND THE TWO KNOWLEDGABLE PROFESIONAL FEMALES IN YOUR DEALERSHIP.THANK YOU!!!!!! Wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo I had a frustrating experience with another Volvo dealership in the area and went into Prestige worried I wouldn't get anywhere.....again. I met with I had a frustrating experience with another Volvo dealership in the area and went into Prestige worried I wouldn't get anywhere.....again. I met with PJ who listened to what I wanted and understood that I didn't want to be hanging inside at the dealership on a beautiful summer day. He was professional, kind, nice and honed in on exactly what I wanted. The experience could not have gone smoother. Ron helped me the day I was picking up the car and went through all of the details of the car and ensured I understood all of the features. Pat helped with financing and paperwork and was very professional as well. Overall, a wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Volvo. Best Car Experience of my Life Was searching for a new car for my wife. Not Responsive and Not Addressing Customer Issue I purchased a 4 year-term CNA Preferred Tire Care contract with Prestige Volvo on my lease vehicle which was paid upfront. According to the CNA Prefe I purchased a 4 year-term CNA Preferred Tire Care contract with Prestige Volvo on my lease vehicle which was paid upfront. According to the CNA Preferred Tire policy, cancellation request should pro-rata refund to the lienholder (Prestige Volvo). I pulled ahead (6 months) my lease Volvo (39 months lease) and picked up another Volvo. Per CNA , the company will return money to Prestige Volvo and as a customer I should receive a pro-rata refund (approx. 1 year) from Prestige Volvo. I left 4 messages for the Finance Manager, Pat Masone and his assistant but I did not received a call back. I reached out to the General Manager Matthew for his help and he told me that CNA does not provide pro-rata refund. I am really disappointed of how this was handled even though I was a long term customer with this dealership. I spoke to CNA Tire Care and the company explained clearly of the cancellation request and the pro-rata refund but yet I heard a different story from the dealer. It really discourages me to refer friends and family. Although, I often go to the Service dept because the quality of service is good. More

Knowledge and Patience Best car buying experience I have ever had. In and out of the showroom in about 3 hours. Tina is handled all aspects of the sale extremely well. She had full knowledge of the car she was selling and took the time to explain all the features of the S60. Extremely patient. Have no problem with recommending Prestige Volvo to family and friends.
