Each and every person we dealt with along the way was superior in every capacity. This is the car buying experience every person should have. Will be getting every car from Prestige in the future. Not Responsive and Not Addressing Customer Issue I purchased a 4 year-term CNA Preferred Tire Care contract with Prestige Volvo on my lease vehicle which was paid upfront. According to the CNA Prefe I purchased a 4 year-term CNA Preferred Tire Care contract with Prestige Volvo on my lease vehicle which was paid upfront. According to the CNA Preferred Tire policy, cancellation request should pro-rata refund to the lienholder (Prestige Volvo). I pulled ahead (6 months) my lease Volvo (39 months lease) and picked up another Volvo. Per CNA , the company will return money to Prestige Volvo and as a customer I should receive a pro-rata refund (approx. 1 year) from Prestige Volvo. I left 4 messages for the Finance Manager, Pat Masone and his assistant but I did not received a call back. I reached out to the General Manager Matthew for his help and he told me that CNA does not provide pro-rata refund. I am really disappointed of how this was handled even though I was a long term customer with this dealership. I spoke to CNA Tire Care and the company explained clearly of the cancellation request and the pro-rata refund but yet I heard a different story from the dealer. It really discourages me to refer friends and family. Although, I often go to the Service dept because the quality of service is good. More

Knowledge and Patience Best car buying experience I have ever had. In and out of the showroom in about 3 hours. Tina is handled all aspects of the sale extremely well. She had full knowledge of the car she was selling and took the time to explain all the features of the S60. Extremely patient. Have no problem with recommending Prestige Volvo to family and friends. Tina's knowledge and overall customer service and follow up (made sure we got home safely!) is a breath of fresh air. We are loving our new cars! From the second you walk in she shows how simple and easy buying a car can be. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to go over all the cars features. She provides outstanding customer service, even after I left she was still following up to make sure everything was great and that I was happy with the car I purchased. I never thought buying a car would be so easy and when I am ready to purchase another vehicle, I will without a doubt go back to Tina. More

Great Staff, Excellent Service I have now leased two vehicles from Prestige Volvo. They have never employed any high pressure sales tactics. All questions are answered with a transparency I had not come to expect that from a car dealership. I've learned that there is always a benefit to shopping around and doing your due diligence when making a major purchase, but the level of service and professionalism at this dealership really makes me feel they should be on any local persons' to-visit list when considering purchasing a new or used Volvo. Ron (sales and leasing specialist) and PJ (one of the sales managers) do a phenomenal job making you feel appreciated as a customer. They'll listen to your concerns and address them without any hassle. Craig (the other sales manager and the person responsible for ordering and managing the dealership's stock) was the person I worked with to negotiate pricing and timing of my order. Pat Masone dealt with all the paperwork and financing details. I never felt uncomfortable at any point during my visits when working with these two gentlemen. Their honesty and transparency really made that possible. Bob Knott has been my service advisor for most of my service visits and has always been very easy to work with and very easy to talk to about my service issues. His communication skills have made many service appointments go more smoothly than they could have. Jay Rosen, the service manager, is also very helpful and doesn't just sit in his office "managing" - I often see him getting involved in directly helping customers and actively seeking to keep his department running as smooth as possible, often taking proactive steps to help the service advisors to get things done when they're busy and he has a moment. This is not how all dealership service departments are run, and I found it to be a consistently pleasant surprise for the years I've been taking my Volvos there. In the past, I've had too many experiences where the service manager just "manages" unhappy customers after they're given a reason to complain. More

They gave us great advice along the way, considering we knew which cars we wanted. It was easy to connect with Rich on a personal level as well. He is the consummate family man. I brought my 19 year old son along to learn about the car buying process and Rich respected that and helped my son get educated about the complexities of the cars, the financing, the technology uses, apps, everything. Matthew Haiken the GM helped me structure an involved trade in with his keen acumen and Green Light Attitude.... Talk about an owner who wants to serve his customers in their best interests.... Wonderful Experience, Hassle Free I recently purchased a used vehicle at Prestige Volvo. I found the vehicle online which was not a Volvo but a Infiniti, so I took the hike from Long I recently purchased a used vehicle at Prestige Volvo. I found the vehicle online which was not a Volvo but a Infiniti, so I took the hike from Long Island Ny to E hanover Nj. I must say that the experience was wonderful and Steve was excellent. He was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured as I took my time to decide my next move. I would also like to thank Jay & Pat who were also great.
