From the first email exchange with Ms. Bilokin and up until the moment my father drove out of the dealership in his shiny new Volvo everything was just perfect. The dealership building is very stylish and high tech, done in a Scandinavian style, and a pleasure to be in. Agreeing to the deal was very easy: there was no haggling and no gimmicks - we were given a very generous discount and were dealt with in absolutely professional and courteous manner. After we shook hands on the terms the vehicle was prepared for delivery in 55 minutes, and was delivered in immaculate condition. Mr. Masone handled all the financial paperwork in the most efficient way. Finally, Ms. Bilokin was very thorough in explaining the vehicle features, which was very helpful to my father. On a personal note, I was very touched by the fact that a very special attention was given to my father's comfort - he has trouble walking due to his physical condition, and Ms. Bilokin, Mr. Masone and their colleagues truly went an extra step to ensure that he is comfortable. This is my 7th Volvo at Prestige & the service/detail to attention continues to be top notch. The updated facility is beautiful as well. My former salesperson is no longer with Prestige so I worked with Deborah Amster who was recommended to me by Pat Masone the Finance Mgr who is very knowledgeable & helpful in many facets. He has always treated me fairly & makes the #'s work! Deb's hardworking approach, knowledge of the products, and accessibility are second to none. She has mastered the very difficult art of multitasking! Although my 2013 S60 was in great shape, everyone there made sure it was perfect! A special thanks to Jay Rosen & Patricia Sommerville for the extra efforts in getting my "new" car in perfect condition. I would enthusiastically recommend this dealership to all. Maybe he's learning the ropes a little still, but we were ready to purchase and he didn't really go in for the kill. We spent a little more time chit-chatting than we would have liked, but I can understand that maybe he didn't want to come across as pushy - so that's ok. PJ came over and finalized the deal for us and got us exactly what we asked for - no back and forth, no BS. Then at the end we sealed the deal with Pat, the business manager, and he was great too - very knowledgeable and personable. He continued the trend of no games, as any car buyer can appreciate. Couldn't give it 5/5 stars just because they did tell us that the car would come with a free 3 month trial of Sirius/XM, but upon delivery the salesperson kind of bluntly said "oh they may have lied about that." Perhaps that was a bit too much honesty. And secondly, I would've thought that it was standard practice for them to deliver the car with a full tank of gas. It's not a huge deal, but just something that just seems to make sense. More
