Time of service was way too long. I had a 935a appt and wasn’t done until 1230p for an oil change. My previous services done were in 2 hours or less. Furthermore, no car wash was prov I had a 935a appt and wasn’t done until 1230p for an oil change. My previous services done were in 2 hours or less. Furthermore, no car wash was provided when that has been done routinely as a courtesy. With how much the service was, the little things and details were overlooked and seemed like the customer service was deeply lacking. This has been the service shop for our vehicles but other dealerships we’ve dealt with in the past have done more for less. Respectfully, 6/10 on this visit. More

Sales Manager, Jim's assistant got right back to me about my sales inquiry for a RAV4 PHEV Woodland vehicle in Everest. Jim also called me back, later the same day. (Service department review) service advisor seems like she doesn’t want to be there, I had to walk up to her table and let her know that my car was done. She forgot to give me the copy of my receipt, and she doesn’t want to be there, I had to walk up to her table and let her know that my car was done. She forgot to give me the copy of my receipt, and they forgot to remove the old service reminder sticker on my windshield. I had to walk back to her table and ask for the new service reminder sticker and I put it on my windshield myself. I know it shows on my receipt that they changed the oil and rotated my tires, but I don’t trust them. More
