I purchased a new kia from coastal kia in Wilmington, NC. The dealership was beautiful, they offered water and coffe throughout my visit and they were so friendly and pleasantly easy to deal with. Peggy went out of her way to do everything she could to get me into a new car that I did not think was possible but she made it happen. After I left with my new car they constantly reached out to me to ask me if I had any questions or I needed anything they made me feel that they truly cared and that they weren't out to to make money. They have definitely gotten a customer for life as I will never buy from another dealership after my experience and the gratitude that they showed me!!! Very thankful to have such a amazing dealership in my hometown!!! More
