Patrick is helpful and eager to talk about the mechanical and electronic features of the different models. Danny and Anthony listen, fix and explain, service at Brewster Subaru is seamless. And Nelson has put together an extraordinary team and best of all he both remembers and keeps his promises in spite of his overbooked schedule. Good character and Integrity are the keywords to describe the climate at Brewster Subaru. the only downside is that their vehicles are so reliable I only get to see them twice a year. My ideal "job" would be a buyers' agent for individuals desiring a Subaru so I can have a reason to interact with this team more often. More

The ease of the process made it a pleasure to purchase my vehicle at Subaru. Mitch went above and beyond working with my husband and I to find me the perfect vehicle at a price we could afford. Mitch took the time to go over all of the new bells and whistles in my new state of the art vehicle. He even left a special Thank you note inside the door to my gas tank with a small monetary donation towards my first fill-up. You cant ask for better customer service than that. More

Good, but definitely not great. Mitchel was great from the time I walked in looking for a Forester. To get the exact car I wanted I was told I would have to wait about a month. Howev Mitchel was great from the time I walked in looking for a Forester. To get the exact car I wanted I was told I would have to wait about a month. However, Mitch was able to locate and dealer swap for the car in only a couple weeks, which was faster than I expected. He showed me every little detail about the car upon delivery and made sure I had everything up and running before I left. During the car buying process, I was in touch with another dealership who had the car that I wanted and they were very competitive on their pricing, so much that I put a deposit down with them to hold the car and to negotiate pricing between the two. This is where Brewster Subaru was not great.. I called and left a message for Patrick Larson to call me to discuss pricing and potentially get my deposit back so I could buy from the other dealership. He never called back. Fine, this happens all the time now. Nelson Demelo is the one who called me a couple days later to tell me they found the car a couple weeks early. However, he got interrupted, was in a rush, said he'd call me back in 10 minutes, hung up and I never heard from him again. This almost cost Mitchel and Brewster Subaru the sale of my car, because it was at this time that the other dealership had bested their price offer by $15/month and I needed to talk to someone quickly. To sum up if you haven't followed along, and to just bring this review to an end.. Mitchell was great, knowledgeable, friendly. Patrick was average, just don't call and expect a return call. Nelson just didn't care and single handedly almost cost this dealership the sale. I only dealt with Rich Johnson to close the final details of my lease. He was very friendly, and it went quick once I finally got into his office after about 45 minutes of waiting. More
