He was great about explaining all the bells and whistles and even could answer my future concerns! I am sure he will probably hear from me with additional questions but right now, I am just enjoying driving this car. Patrick was very helpful with my questions about some issues at DMV and Danny helped me understand a little more about some technical aspects. Quick & easy great support on my new purchase I contacted the dealership with an unusual combo of vehicles I was considering.... a Crosstrek and a WRX as this was a second car. Because of my heig I contacted the dealership with an unusual combo of vehicles I was considering.... a Crosstrek and a WRX as this was a second car. Because of my height, I thought I could only fit in a vehicle without a moonroof, but I wanted heated seats which meant Premium models. This further reduced the options. I emailed the dealership and Maggie replied to schedule a time for me to test fit and drive both options. When I arrived, she greeted me and got me in to test fit a Crosstrek with moonroof to verify the height issue. She then quickly got me into trying a WRX Premium with performance package as I'd requested. After I returned, she connected me with Anthony who setup my drive with the Crosstrek Premium without moonroof. Anthony was great looking at both vehicles for lease options running the numbers for me without being cliche pushy salesman. Decided on the WRX and he handled adding the new car to my insurance and getting registration and lease paperwork going. Came in next morning to pick up the car (Saturday and end of month, so it was busy), and Anthony had Patrick help me with final paperwork as he was finalizing another customer's delivery. Patrick was great, friendly, explained everything and finalized the paperwork before connecting me with Anthony to complete delivery. I've bought & leased several cars from multiple brands and this was by far the best experience I've had with a car. Very pleased with my experience with Brewster Subaru. More

But, when I walked into Brewster Subaru I was immediately greeted by Patrick (Sales Manager) who then introduced me to Robyn Rey. It only got better from there! Robyn took the initiative to suggest a model that would be compatible to what I already owned. We test drove the Forester, but after much thought, contacted Robyn to see if I could test drive the Crosstrek. I knew that was the Subaru for me. Robyn was wonderful in finding the model, color, etc. that I wanted. I can't say enough about Robyn. Her personality wins you right over! She made the whole buying experience so easy!! I will recommend Robyn to everyone who wants to purchase a Subaru. More

We had requested a quote via email for a particular vehicle and received a response within minutes with a quote that was extremely competitive. When I went later that day to the dealership, I met with Robyn who was professional and efficient. She had my trade-in appraised and came back with another very fair and competitive offer. There was absolutely no haggling - everything was clearly communicated and we were very happy with the cost of our new Subaru (compared to other dealers in the area). Picking up the car was just as easy. Robyn had everything ready to go and reviewed all the features of our new car thoroughly, and Patrick who handled our financing and paperwork, was also a pleasure to deal with.
