We have now returned and made a second purchase, a 2016 Prius 3, and this time it was an even better experience! Each person with whom we dealt (from the sales consultant and sales manager to the people in the finance and the customer relations offices) couldn't have been any nicer every step of the way. Each was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, always totally friendly, and certainly very patient as we asked our many questions. Toyota has always been good to me and on top of the quality of the car, the quality of the customer service is phenomenal !! John made sure I got the car I wanted and even had it transferred from Vacaville because he knew how important getting a white Camry was to me. I'm so excited about my new car and couldn't have asked for a better team. All the guys were so friendly and helpful. Not to mention, everyone kept telling me "congrats on your new car" and I thought that was very thoughtful. I will recommend Elk Grove toyota to everyone! More

I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and everyone was friendly and gave me the patience and space I needed to make a decision. The only reason I gave them four stars was that after the purchase was made I found out that the vehicle had no floor mats-something I overlooked due to the paper floor protectors they had put down in the car. Upon a call back, they told me that it was normal for them to toss all the floor mats to avoid any liability from the wear and tear on them. I wish this had been pointed out prior but overall I would still recommend Elk Grove Toyota. More
