Excellent Customer Service, Attentive to every detail I had read excellent reviews of this dealership online and my experience today of buying a car with Fette Ford surpassed my expectations. Working wit I had read excellent reviews of this dealership online and my experience today of buying a car with Fette Ford surpassed my expectations. Working with Jon from the pre-owned Sales Department was great. He answered my many questions and was knowledgeable and helpful with all the details of the purchase. The really lovely "extra mile" was shown when my car was delivered to my home that same day by two very polite and friendly employees from the dealership. My preowned car was washed prior to drop off. It both looks and drives great. I will definitely look to purchase future cars from Fette Ford. More

Bait and Switch Purchased a new Ranger. Saw a couple advertised on line. Went into dealership and the internet pricing and actual were much different. Was pressured Purchased a new Ranger. Saw a couple advertised on line. Went into dealership and the internet pricing and actual were much different. Was pressured into a great deal because it was last day of the month. Told the salesman was in no rush. Against my better judgement I signed. Went back on the weekend to take delivery. Realized when I got home the contract had been changed without my knowledge. Wound up paying @$5,000 more than I wanted to. Very shady. I went back the following Monday and approached the manager and he said Oh they did not tell you the contract was changed...really... Then he started spewing out all sorts of numbers to justify his actions.. Lesson learned when you walk into a dealership you are always at a disadvantage. 3 sharks for every one customer. Why cant you just deal with one person?? More
