Paul Biermann in Sales/Leasing was fantastic and went above and beyond. He is quick to respond and answer any/all questions....even on his days off!!!!! Paul Fix in the Service Department was also very helpful when needed. We will continue to go to the Dean Team for all of our cars. Whatever you want/need, they will get it for you. More

It sho Actually found my "dream" car, (I had been searching for over 2 years!) It was a very SPECIFIC 2012 make, model, and color with other features. It showed up via "Car Gurus" and it was located at this dealership. Called to see the vehicle spoke and spoke to salesperson John Biermann. He was most helpful, friendly, accommodating and went out of his way to make certain that ALL of my questions/needs were met and I purchased the car! Although I took my husband along with me, I most appreciated the fact that he realized that I was the car buyer and not my husband. The entire car buying experience was awesome! More

I had a few important questions that could be a deal breaker for me and I didn't want to make the trip to look at the vehicle before I had answers to those questions. Paul checked into it, called me with answers and had the vehicle ready when I arrived. He was a pleasure to talk with and easy to work with as well. More

Poor experience Integrity and honesty are lacking. Supposed to have the car to me today. Then when I asked to cancel since I did not have it when promised. I was told Integrity and honesty are lacking. Supposed to have the car to me today. Then when I asked to cancel since I did not have it when promised. I was told I could not because car was already on its way. Then shipper contacted me and said they haven’t even picked it up yet. Then dealership said they didn’t have a copy of my license which I sent 3 times and was notified they received. Still waiting for information about the refund of my down payment. Obviously cannnot trust these folks. Avoid at all costs! More

Great vehicle purchasing experience Called and expressed interest in test driving two vehicles, both were pulled up to the front of the dealership and ready for my wife and I to drive wh Called and expressed interest in test driving two vehicles, both were pulled up to the front of the dealership and ready for my wife and I to drive when we arrived. Worked with Phil Dean and Paul Biermann, both were very helpful and provided a pressure-free experience. They were very fair in providing a trade in value for our minivan (more than other dealers offered). We purchased an Acura MDX and extended warranty....have purchased extended warranties in the past (Toyota) and have found value in the coverage provided...can end up saving you money and a good "insurance policy" especially on a luxury brand and with all the technology components. Will be looking for a vehicle for our kids with the Dean Team, definitely will be back and recommend visiting their dealership....their website is also great, that's where we searched and shopped their inventory.
