In the 8 years we have lived in Missouri we visited or talked to numerous dealerships, St Louis, Columbia, Jeff City, St Roberts, Springfield. When we decided that a VW was our choice, we searched online, went to several dealerships in St Louis and talked with many sales people. You know when you first encounter the sales staff at DT that they are genuinely friendly, not pushy. We were never pressured at Dean Team or fed lines of "BS". Everyone in every department has always been courteous. I never felt "talked down to" as a lil ole lady. Very, very different from an experience I had recently at Suntrup in St Louis. Even though they had the color and model vehicle I wanted, because of their pressured sales techniques, we returned to Dean Team to buy from them AGAIN! Much better integrity at DT! More

Wes was AWESOME! Rick, Paul & Carl were reat too! I'd been window shopping for Subarus for a couple of decades so I knew I'd want either a Legacy Wagon (manual) or an Outback Wagon (manual). I felt le I'd been window shopping for Subarus for a couple of decades so I knew I'd want either a Legacy Wagon (manual) or an Outback Wagon (manual). I felt led to call the Dean Team after talking to a friend who had made a purchase from there recently. Wes Gallegos was so friendly and patient. He searched very hard for what I wanted. Low and behold! He found me one with the right options and color used which I found better than the newer ones on his lot. I couldn't have even specified any better beforehand. Wes patiently showed me as much as possible about the car during our test-drive, answering all questions adroitly. He even gave me a fair price making my Kelly Blue Book research unnecessary Also also called me from his home to keep me updated!! He saw my phone needed charging before I did and offered his charger. When I wanted my wife to see the car on his off day he arranged for Paul Bierman to have the car available for us! My wife arrived first and was treated superbly by Paul. I'd finance concerns but Wes and Rick Richard (Finance Manager) made things happen for me. Carl Schaeffer was helpful and friendly in tracking down anyone not immediately available or just being hospitable.. Other Dean Team staff who thought I might need something offered to help when seeing me alone! Definitely the friendliest dealership in that part of town. They made me feel special. Even Phillip Dean the GM, made time to see me. You know how some dealership staff are sort of standoffish once you've signed the paperwork? Not Wes Gallegos and the others earlier mentioned. I see why the dealership was the best last year! I expect the Service Dept to also treat me right when the occasion demands Thanks Wes for everything - and also for the awesomely unexpected gift! Wow! More

Jason and Paul are sales people, and they are easy to deal with, no hard sell, and were I worked with Jason Moore, Paul Biermann, and Dustin Westoff. Dustin handled the business/documents part, and is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They were all quick and efficient too; they get it done without a lot of waiting around. More

Amazing service with amazing staff I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car in the area. Not only do the staff treat you like your at home but they also did everything to make my experience stress free and enjoyable. I walked in not knowing what to do. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and had not a single clue on where to begin. I was greeting almost immediately by Wes. He was the sweetest person and had so much patience and understanding with my situation. His co-worker Paul helped in sharing my excitement as well as built my confidence in this new experience. Wes and the staff bent over backwards to get me the best car and deal possible as well as making sure I understood everything in the process. I was more than grateful to have worked with such awesome staff. Not to mention I was in and out in a timely manner. I proudly drove my brand new car off the lot in confidence because I knew I was in the right hands. I will continue to recommend them to everybody I know for future purchases. p.s The bow they put on my car meant so much.
