Great service, Svetlana and eveyone always willing to help. Svetlana was the first one I spoke to about getting the 2018 Honda Civic Type R I've been wanting. She was super friendly throughout and answered any questions I had or information I needed. She's very genuine and wants to her clients with whatever she can. Great and genuine salesperson !! I wanted to also include Paul Ciardiello in this, Two weeks after getting the car, my Type R keys had been misplaced and had to get new ones. I went in thinking I'd had to spend a bunch of money on new ones but Paul went out of his way and got me new ones at no charge. Amazing !! More

Excellent customer service Hansel Ford had my car on two occasions for about ten days each and couldn’t diagnose the problem that caused the 12 volt battery to randomly discharg Hansel Ford had my car on two occasions for about ten days each and couldn’t diagnose the problem that caused the 12 volt battery to randomly discharge causing a dead car. Paul C and Howard were amazing. They said they’d either diagnose and fix the car or take it back and get me in something else. We’ve had the car back about a week and so far no dead battery! We’re thrilled. Thanks so much for wonderful service. More
