Brought my car in on 1/5/24 because my car wouldn't start/only started after jump-start. AutoZone test said my battery was fine but alternator was bad. Troubling since I bought car new in April 2021. start/only started after jump-start. AutoZone test said my battery was fine but alternator was bad. Troubling since I bought car new in April 2021. Anyway, Paul Claflin got my car diagnosed and determined that battery was bad and alternator was OK! Replaced my battery with a new one and then checked alternator again with new battery to ensure alternator OK as-is. Went in at 9am and was out of there by 12pm. No charge since my car still under 3yr/32Kmi warranty. Thanks Paul Claflin! More
