I have been taking my Mazda CX-5 here for service since I bought it used in 2020 at this dealership. I have had all positive experiences. Paul C. is a courteous, professional and a helpful service consultant bought it used in 2020 at this dealership. I have had all positive experiences. Paul C. is a courteous, professional and a helpful service consultant. They just replaced the front brakes and it was a reasonable price. I will continue coming to this dealership for service. I will consider in the next couple years buying a Mazda from this dealership as everything has been a positive experience. More

I recently had my car serviced at Sport Mazda and was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of their team. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and helpful, clearly explaining my car's needs and providing detailed estimates. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently, and the Technicians clearly took pride in their work. I especially appreciated Eric for the thorough inspection report and Paul’s exceptionally concise communication. Overall, a fantastic experience - I highly recommend Sport Mazda to anyone looking for top-notch car service. More

Took my 2021 Mazda Cx-5 in for a required maintenance service light on the dashboard on Dec 4th. I bought this vehicle brand new off the lot from this dealership. After the initial inspection the su service light on the dashboard on Dec 4th. I bought this vehicle brand new off the lot from this dealership. After the initial inspection the suggested that I get an air filter and cabin replacement, suggested a fuel additive for the injectors “since my engine air filter was dirty” and let me know my brakes were half way used and that it needed a brake flush(which it does). After I received the over-priced estimate I kindly declined the service. Upon getting the vehicle back home I had my son do a walk around of the vehicle. He found that the wheels were not put back to their original position(was marked before taking in), and the air filter box was not properly installed, with it open half way. My son suggested that I call and have them fix the issues. After I made the appointment, we then just decided to take the car somewhere else where an actual professional would get the job done the RIGHT WAY, the first time. I’m giving this dealer a rating of 1 star because they failed to preform the most basic service inspection with integrity. Not something I would usually do, but I expect more from a dealer where I purchased a car brand new from. Huge thumbs down to the service department and who ever is in charge of them as they lacked care and compassion for my vehicle. More
