Hi, my name is Paul Kim and I have been a sales consultant for Knauz Mercedes since 2014. a little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Northbrook and currently reside in Skokie. I received my bachelor's degree at Western Illinois University and entered the automotive industry shortly after. I enjoy playing tennis, golf and basketball. Easy to do business with! I live in Orland Park and was looking at the GLC 300 with lots of extra's. My hometown dealer only had a few GLC's in stock told me they were hard top I live in Orland Park and was looking at the GLC 300 with lots of extra's. My hometown dealer only had a few GLC's in stock told me they were hard top come by and wanted me to settle for a lesser model or dealer car. I went on the internet and viewed Knauz inventory and sure enough they had exactly what I was looking for. I made an appointment with Paul Kim who was professional and with no hassle we settled on my trade-in (GLK 350) and price on the GLC. Couldn't be happier with the car and my experience! More

He is willing to answer any questions you have, and doesn't mind going the extra mile to make sure you're happy and comfortable. You never get the feeling like you do at other dealerships, where they try to push you towards something you may not want. At the same time, Paul's colleagues at the dealership were equally approachable and kind. After the sale was finalized, I was taught the complete ins and outs of the vehicle by Jon, a young guy who you can easily see has passion for his job. In short, I had a great experience purchasing my new car, and I would not hesitate for one second to recommend these guys to my family and friends. More

From the start to choosing the purchase, Paul Kim carried string the tradition that I've grown to expect from a Mercedes Benz Dealer; he treated me like family.
