Paul exceeded my expectations by squeezing in my vehicle to deal with a check engine light. Even though he had to deliver a tough message, it was still a good experience. When my check engine light turned on a few days later, he had it resolved right away. I enjoy your service department. I have gotten to know the team pretty well over the past 5 or so years. Paul, Kevin, and Robin all greeted me by name when I showed up. All of them are great guys who I enjoy seeing/working with. More
