The whole team does an amazing job. Paul and the other service advisors are very knowledgeable as well as their technicians. Dan Bjerke also went above and beyond by vacuuming my car and installing my new service advisors are very knowledgeable as well as their technicians. The service department was very helpful in getting my vehicle in and looked at. I was offered a ride from the dealership. They also sent a courtesy vehicle to pick me up when my vehicle was finished. I received a phone call from the service manager explaining what was defective about the vehicle and a estimate of the repairs. The service manager and the courtesy van driver were very friendly. I had a pleasant experience dealing with the people at the Luther family dealership located at Fargo, North Dakota. More

I would love to leave a review but I'm still waiting on my box cover to be resolved I'm not in a hurry . You guys have been great, but my windshield has a chip in it and Tony 'finance and warranty ' was s my box cover to be resolved I'm not in a hurry . You guys have been great, but my windshield has a chip in it and Tony 'finance and warranty ' was supposed to have someone fill it . But I see I still have it so I guess it got missed . Again the service department has always been excellent! More
