I have such mixed feelings about this dealership. The owner Pat was amazing. He was on top of it and try to make things right. I’m not happy with Nathaniel. Once he knew he had the deal, he pretty much just left me hanging. I sat there for two hours waiting to do my financing, and he just left me there. He came over about halfway through my wait and went over my car with me, but then that was it. There is no updates. He was kind of sarcastic When he told me that I should’ve made an appointment to do the financing. Which I didn’t know I needed. They told me that my car was in, however they failed to tell me that the interest rate went up. So when I was going over there I thought I was getting a different finance price than what I got. It’s just poor communication. More
