My lease on my Kia Sportage was coming to an end, so I needed to find a new car to lease and due to recently buying a home, my budget was a little tig My lease on my Kia Sportage was coming to an end, so I needed to find a new car to lease and due to recently buying a home, my budget was a little tighter. Paul took such good care of me! I told him I really needed a payment LESS than what I was currently making and he made it happen. He put me in a great little car with super gas mileage (Kia Forte LXS) and I'm really happy. He even gave me some Johnsonville Brats as a bonus!! I will definitely continue working with Paul in years to come. :) More

Great job PAUL!!!! Paul Smish was our salesman at Dorsch Ford/KIA in Green Bay. The whole dealership was terrific, but Paul put their store 'over the top'! Very friendly Paul Smish was our salesman at Dorsch Ford/KIA in Green Bay. The whole dealership was terrific, but Paul put their store 'over the top'! Very friendly & personable, He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting with our package & options. We really weren't sure if we were going to buy that day, but they had a car that was 'very close' to perfect for us(needed only one addition), that not only did we 'enjoy' buying but weren't saddled with the usual 'buyer's remorse'. Paul actually leased a car like our purchase, so he could fine-tune our vehicle choice. We did not want some of the extras in the ! package, and Paul steered us to the + package with an option package, even saving us money in the process. We did not want 18" wheels & tires, plus a couple items, yet we wanted the sunroof, and other previously ! features. He was honestly on our side, which was a nice change for us. The dealership was ultra clean, everyone had a smile at the place (customers & workers). We were already sold on their service department on(worked with Shane quite a bit) our 2012 Soul! bought elsewhere. So once again, thank You Paul Smith & Dorsch Ford/KIA in Green Bay, WI!!! More

Paul Smith helped us with the test drive, showed us comparable vehicles and answered our questions so we could evaluate the pros/cons, and patiently waited until we made the decision to buy it without any typical salesman pressure whatsoever. Dallas worked to secure financing due to our unique situation, and both Paul and Dallas stayed past closing time so we could take ownership and drive it home instead of making us juggle only having 1 vehicle for another day and making us wait to instead pick it up when it was more convenient for them. A great experience that exceeded our expectations. More

Fabulous Sales Experience We were returning to the UP of Michigan from Florida with our new motorhome. We stopped at the Dorsch Ford/Kia dealership to look at the Ford Fiesta, We were returning to the UP of Michigan from Florida with our new motorhome. We stopped at the Dorsch Ford/Kia dealership to look at the Ford Fiesta, Focus and Fusion as possibilities to flat tow. Paul Smith answered all of our questions and let us go through each model. We settled on the Focus Titanium but wanted to compare it to a Chevy Sonic. We test drove a Sonic at a near-by Chevy dealership and liked it so we decided to return to Dorsch and Paul Smith to test drive the Focus. We decided the Focus was the car we wanted. Paul put some numbers together for us and we left. Paul followed up a few days later and had located a $500 coupon that Ford offered to my wife. He also recommended that we check with our insurance company as he said they sometimes offer a Ford coupon. He was correct, we got a $500 coupon through Farm Bureau Insurance. We were all set to purchase when we learned that the State of Michigan will not deduct any of our trade-in value from the purchase price of the new car to reduce the sales tax if purchased outside of Michigan. We ended up buying at a dealership in the UP but we told Paul first. He was very understanding and offered to provide the dealership that were ended up purchasing through the coupon numbers he located for us and offered to provide the dealerships names that had the exact vehicle, including color and options we wanted. The dealer in the UP nor Dorsch had the exact car we wanted but Paul had located 3 of them elsewhere. Working with Paul Smith and Dorsch was the most surprising and pleasant experience we have ever had at a car dealership. There was absolutely no pressure. They were there to show us vehicles we asked to see and explain features, function and options. After working with Paul we feel like he is part of the family. I would recommend Dorsch and Paul Smith without reservation to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford. Steve and Silvia Camps More
