⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of buying a new 2023 BMW M2 from Niello BMW Sacramento, and it was by far one of the best dealership experiences I've had. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and care. The staff members are not only knowledgeable about the BMW lineup but are genuinely passionate about ensuring every visitor feels valued. What particularly stood out to me was the seamless synergy among the team. Whether it was sales (Gary Carroll/Ryan Cox/Fatima Fonseca), service (Scott Glackin/Andrew Kemp), or finance (Robby Cochran), everyone was in tune with the needs of the customers and worked cohesively to provide a top-notch experience. Whenever I get my cars service, the service department is exceptional. My service advisor Andrew Kemp and his technicians take the time to explain the intricacies of my vehicle's maintenance, ensuring I had a comprehensive understanding of what is being done. It's clear that they pride themselves on transparency and building trust with their clientele. Purchasing or servicing a vehicle, especially a luxury sport brand like BMW, should come with a level of sophistication and class. Niello BMW Scaramento not only meets those expectations but consistently exceeds them. After my car is service, Michael Gutierrez brings my car, handed over my key and with a smile wishing me a safe and happy travel, that's service at it's best.
