Paul Tokatlyan is why I continue to drive way out of my way to get my car serviced in Duarte. He’s a true testament to customer service being King. The other service manager assisted me last week for an em way to get my car serviced in Duarte. He’s a true testament to customer service being King. The other service manager assisted me last week for an emergency w/no appointment & he was super kind, courteous & made sure my problem was handled correctly & quickly. I’m upset with myself for not remembering his name exactly, Armen I believe, but that’s b/c he was so efficient with getting me in & out & it was my first time being in his care. Another testament to stellar customer service. Nothing but high praises to these 2 men in an industry where so many of us are taken advantage of & have horrific experiences. I will be purchasing my next Mitsubishi from this lot b/c of them. More
